These terms are the agreement between you and Finamap Yazılım ve Dan. Ltd. Şti. (“we”, “us”) for Sneaky Penny: 3D Puzzle (“the game”). By downloading or playing the game you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Using the game

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You agree not to:

• copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or any part of it;
• modify, decompile or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows this;
• use cheats, automation or errors in the game to gain items or progress;
• use the game in any way that breaks the law.

2. Coins, hearts, boosters and other items

The game contains virtual items such as coins, hearts and boosters. They can be earned by playing or bought. They are a licence to use a feature of the game: they have no real-money value, belong to the game, and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold. We may change how items work, what they cost and how they are earned in order to keep the game balanced.

3. Purchases

• Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow that store’s payment terms. The price, including any tax, is shown before you confirm.
• Purchases are final, except where the law or the store’s refund policy gives you a right to a refund. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.
• Your progress and items are saved on your device. If you delete the game or change devices they may be lost, apart from purchases that the store allows to be restored.

4. Changes to the game

We may update the game, change or remove features, or stop offering the game at any time. We try to keep the game working well, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

5. Ownership

The game and everything in it, including its name, characters, artwork, music, text and code, belong to us or to those who have licensed them to us, and are protected by law. These terms give you no rights to them other than the licence in section 1.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the game handles.

7. No warranty

The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond what is written in these terms.

8. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for loss of progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited, including your rights as a consumer.

9. Ending these terms

You may stop using the game at any time by deleting it. If you seriously break these terms, we may end your licence to use the game.

10. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us only. Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the game, its content or its support. Your use of the game must also follow the terms of the store you downloaded it from.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
